Before committing to services, we are offering a complimentary phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. You may also contact us anytime via phone, email or submission form on our contact page. Once we have answered your questions and you would like to move forward with services, we will set up your appointment times. For our workshops and therapeutic camps, please check back for dates and times.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

Individual sessions last 53-60 minutes. You may choose to participate in Equine/Animal Assisted Therapy, which utilizes animals during the therapeutic process. We will discuss the best option for you.

FEE: $ 175.00 per Session

COUPLES/FAMILIES

GROUP THERAPY/SUPPORT

Sexual Abuse Survivors Group

(For adults 18 years and older)

Secondary Trauma Support Group

(For people who experience secondary trauma, such as police, doctors, firefighters, mental health professionals, etc.)

Each group meets once per week for 1.5 hours for 8 weeks.

FEE: $ 800.00 for 8 weeks

3-10 PARTICIPANTS PER GROUP

TRAUMA WORKSHOP

These 8 week psycho-educational workshops are designed to provide you with tools, knowledge and support surrounding issues of trauma. During each week, you will receive individual support (8 hours total) and 1.5 hours of group support (12 hours total).

3-10 PARTICIPANTS PER WORKSHOP

THERAPEUTIC DAY CAMP

These one day (9 am to 3 pm) camps are based on the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy model.

3-10 PARTICIPANTS PER GROUP

All additional services, such as report writing, consultation, meetings with school/agencies, etc., are billed at the rate of $ 175.00/hour.

NO COURT RELATED SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS CANNOT BE AVOIDED (I.E. SUBPOENA), THE HOURLY RATE IS $ 550.00. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, TRAVEL, PREP TIME AND TESTIMONY.

INSURANCE, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS

We are a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and MultiPlan provider. We will handle all billing, however, you are responsible for knowing your benefits (copays, deductibles, etc.). If you have a different health insurance carrier and would like to get reimbursed, we will be glad to provide you with a monthly statement. Insurance is accepted for face-to-face and telehealth sessions. Therapeutic day camps are self-pay only. For Out-Of-Network/self-pay clients, payments must be made in advance, but no later than at the time of service (no fee reductions are offered at this time; all sliding scale fee spots are currently filled).

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We see a limited number of clients to make sure we can be most effective during your treatment. We hold a specific appointment time for you and only you, and it is very difficult for us to fill that time slot on a short notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be billed at 50%, unless we are able to reschedule your session within the same week.

We accept PayPal, cash, check and all major credit cards.
